Our offerings are available in both in-person and virtual formats — all co-facilitated by Jess and Brë — and designed to meet your audience where they are. Reflective Supervision & Consultation (RSC)
Intentional space for professionals to slow down, examine their practice, and get curious about the patterns, blind spots, and experiences that quietly shape how they show up for the people they serve. Grounded in reflective practice and woven throughout with a Professional Dangerousness lens, our virtual RSC spaces are available in both individual and group formats — offering a consistent, relationship-based experience
Strong Roots, Strengthened Collective
A year-long whole-system organizational engagement designed to strengthen leadership, culture, and practice from the inside out. Rooted in Professional Dangerousness, the engagement combines shared learning, reflective supervision, consultation, and organizational feedback to build awareness, reflective capacity, and meaningful change over time.
