What Is PD RSC?
Reflective Supervision and Consultation (RSC) is a relationship-based practice that creates intentional space for professionals to slow down, examine their work, and explore the ways their beliefs, experiences, and values shape how they show up for the people they serve.
It is not supervision in the traditional sense. It is something quieter — and often more powerful. A designated time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the meaning and complexity of this work.
At The PD Collective, our RSC offerings are grounded in the principles of reflective practice and woven throughout with a Professional Dangerousness lens. That means we don't just create space for reflection — we bring curiosity about the patterns, blind spots, and systemic pressures that quietly shape our professional practice. The goal is not to fix or evaluate, but to see more clearly — ourselves, our work, and the people we serve.
Our spaces are virtual, intimate, and intentionally designed for human services professionals across roles, disciplines, and experience levels.

Group RSC
Two facilitators. A small cohort. One shared space.
Group RSC brings together a small cohort of human services professionals for a monthly hour of shared reflection — guided by both Jess and Brë of The PD Collective. In each session we'll get curious about how Professional Dangerousness shows up in the work, exploring the patterns, pressures, and experiences that shape our professional practice — held in a space of collective curiosity and care.
Format: Virtual | Monthly | Co-facilitated
Dates: First Wednesday of each month | October through June | 9 sessions total
Time: 10:00–11:00 AM CST
Group Size: Limited to 8 participants
Investment: $999 (one-time payment for the full 9-session program)

All registered participants will receive complimentary access to our 1-hour foundational Professional Dangerousness virtual training prior to the start of the program — ensuring a shared baseline and allowing our group sessions to go deeper from day one.

Individual RSC
One facilitator. One professional. One hour a month.
Individual RSC offers a private, dedicated space for one-on-one reflection — a monthly hour to explore your practice through a Professional Dangerousness lens. Getting curious about how PD may be showing up in your work, your relationships, and the systems you navigate.
Format: Virtual | Monthly | One-on-one
Schedule: Flexible — established at time of enrollment based on availability
Service Window: 9 sessions total | No active sessions June–August
Investment: $1,575 (one-time payment for the full 9-session program)
